Westgate Tigers earn spot in volleyball, basketball finals

Lauren Maki had 22 points on Thursday to propel the Westgate Tigers into the senior girls' basketball final. Ally Wood added 15 for the No. 2 Tigers, who downed the St. Ignatius Falcons 59-53 in semifinal play. The Tigers will take on the NO.

Lauren Maki had 22 points on Thursday to propel the Westgate Tigers into the senior girls' basketball final.

Ally Wood added 15 for the No. 2 Tigers, who downed the St. Ignatius Falcons 59-53 in semifinal play. The Tigers will take on the NO. 1 Hammarskjold Vikings in Monday's final.

In the varsity boys' volleyball semifinal, Westgate blanked St. Ignatius 3-0 to earn the right to take on Churchill in Monday's final.
