Wisconsin knocked out of Dudley-Hewitt Cup

Aaron Leonard’s unassisted goal 4:39 into the fourth overtime period lifted Soo Eagles to a dramatic 2-1 victory over the Wisconsin Wilderness in day-three action at the Dudley-Hewitt Cup Central Canadian Jr. A Championship in Huntsville, Ont.

The loss eliminates Wisconsin from further competition while the Eagles advance to Friday’s semifinal contest vs. either the Huntsville Otters or Wellington Dukes.
