Aini Nicolaichuk

Aini Minerva Nicolaichuk (nee Wuorela), a devoted Jehovah’s Witness, passed away peacefully at Lakehead Manor on November 30, 2018 at the age of 88.

Aini was born in Port Arthur on April 1, 1930. She was a very hard worker, working a variety of jobs over the course of her lifetime.

Aini is survived by many relatives in Finland and her cousin Heikki (Birgit) Wuorela and their two daugthers, Outi and Saara (Shaka). She was predeceased by husband George Nicolaichuk, her parents Vieno and Heikki, and uncle Lauri.

As per Aini’s wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
