Mrs. Arlene Flavell, age 72 years, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away peacefully at Pinewood Court on July 9th, 2015.
Born on February 24th, 1943 in Port Arthur, she was raised in Sunshine before moving into Thunder Bay. Arlene enjoyed camping, entertaining, shopping and being a member of the Red Hat Society and the Knitting Club.
Arlene will be lovingly remembered by her husband William, her two sons Greg and Derek, her sister Lorna (Rodney), her nephews and nieces, and all of her cousins, who are more like siblings to her. She will also be remembered by all of her many close friends. Arlene was predeceased by her parents Albert and Elsie Korpi.
Funeral Services for Arlene will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday July 14th, 2015 in the Chapel of the HARBOURVIEW FUNERAL CENTRE, 499 North Cumberland Street, with Pastor Arleen Berg officiating.
Family and friends may gather in the Chapel up to one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice. Arlene’s family would also like to thank the staff of Pinewood Court for all of their love and support.
