It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brad Hockley, who passed away peacefully in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Born in Uxbridge, Brad carried with him the values of integrity, resilience, and compassion throughout his life.
In 2020, Brad made Thunder Bay his home, where he continued to live with the same quiet strength and generous spirit that defined him. He was a loving husband to Kelly, with whom he shared 39 wonderful years of marriage, and a devoted father to his two children, Devon and Drew, who were the pride and joy of his life.
Brad is lovingly remembered by his mother, Marie, and his brothers — Wayne, the eldest, and Brent, the youngest, along with Brent’s wife, Lisa. He was predeceased by his father, Keith, whose memory remained close to Brad’s heart throughout his life.
Brad will be remembered for his kindness, his steady presence, and the way he made those around him feel valued and supported. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Brad’s life will be held in Thunder Bay on August 13th, 2025, where loved ones will gather to honor his memory and share stories of the life he lived so well.
