“Brent” Arthur Morriseau of Fort William First Nation, ON, son of William and Patricia Morriseau and loving partner of Rita Charles, sadly passed away suddenly at age 63 on October 31st, 2022.
Brent lived a simple but fulfilling life that centered around his beloved daughters, Meaghan and Jensen, and his granddaughters. He worked for many years at CP Rail and often spoke lovingly of his many adventures across the country. He loved fireworks, sports and the music that defined his youth.
He is survived by his partner Rita, his two daughters Meaghan and Jensen, and granddaughters Quinn and Kenna. He is also survived by his brother Andre, sister Carol, nephew Daniel, great niece Asha, great nephew Christopher Jr. and many aunties, uncles and cousins. He is preceded by his parents William and Patricia Morriseau, brother Dale, and nephew Christopher.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. May the Creator hold him close on his journey to the Spirit world. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 6-8pm at St. Anne’s Church, with prayers at 7pm.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 11am at St. Anne’s Church with cremation to follow. A private interment of ashes will take place at a later date.
