Dr. Cecil Dodick passed away peacefully on October 10, 2016. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and physician. In 1956 he met and married his loving wife, Vicki, in New York, and they returned to Thunder Bay, where he practiced medicine for 52 years.
Dr. Cecil was predeceased by his parents Abraham and Dora, sister Fay Mazer, and brothers Murray, Harry and Sam. He leaves to mourn him his wife of nearly 60 years, Vicki; his much-adored daughters Randi (Bob Fields) and Sue (Larry Sperber); brother Jack (Lynne); sister Myra Grosfield (Irv), and sisters-in-law Lenore and Marcia. He also leaves behind four grandchildren who were especially dear to him, Jessica, Matthew, Adam and Josh.
Funeral services for Dr. Dodick will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Shaarey Shomayim Synagogue, 627 Grey Street, Thunder Bay. Interment to follow at the Congregation Cemetery on Arthur Street.
