Christina (Chrissy) Limer age 71, passed away peacefully with family by her side on March 27th, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Thunder Bay.

Chrissy was born to Earl & Freida Riddock in Thunder Bay, ON on May 18th, 1945.

Chrissy was preceded in death by her husband Gary Limer, mother and father Freida & Earl Riddock, sister Glory, brother Terry, brother-in-law Tom Hrenchuk, and beloved aunt Dovey. She is survived by her son Todd Limer (Erin), granddaughter Allana Limer, sister Joyce Hrenchuk, brother Barry Riddock (Vi) and many nieces and nephews.

Chrissy was born and raised in Thunder Bay and attended Selkirk High School. She worked for various employers in Thunder Bay ad ultimately retired from Community Care Access Centre. She spent many summers at her camp on West Floral Beach with her son Todd and family. When retired, she volunteered at the Shelter House in the kitchen with her aunt Dovey and spent many summers volunteering at Bible Camp. She was happiest when she was spending time with her family.

She was most proud of her son Todd and her granddaughter Allana. She was quick to share stories of her family as it filled her with pride and love. Chrissy had many passions, and certainly one of them was shopping. She was always dressed fashionable, and happy to share her bargains and finds with anyone who came to visit. Chrissy was a social butterfly and loved talking to anyone and everyone she met. She spent much time with her daughter-in-law Erin and enjoyed their time together. Chrissy was always so appreciative of the care Erin provided and for the social connection that they developed over the years.

Chrissy will be missed by all who loved her. She was a kind and caring individual who was always willing to talk and share her life with everyone she met.

As per request of Chrissy, no funeral services will be held.
