Colleen Trench Williamson

Mrs. Colleen Trench Williamson, age 94, of Thunder Bay, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 19, 2018 in hospice at St. Joseph's Hospital. She loved colour, chaos, noise and babies. She spent her next to last week of life with twenty-eight members of her family at a reunion in Crystal Beach, Ontario. Colleen was born in Le Mars, Iowa to John and Henrietta Stewart on November 18, 1923. She married Reginald (Rex) Williamson on May 8, 1948. Colleen is survived by her children Sandra (Steve Turton); Moira; Donna (Darryl Norman); John (Fran Szautner) and Laura (Denis Lalonde); ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in the chapel at Jenkens Funeral Home. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be given to The Northern Cancer Fund at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and The United Way Thunder Bay.
