It is with heavy hearts and sadness, that the family of Desiree Delores McKay, age 32 years, announce her passing in Toronto General Hospital on Saturday, March 19, 2022.
Desiree was born August 5th, 1989 in Sioux Lookout. She lived her life full of compassion, laughter, joy and most importantly, with love.
All of which is exhibited through her children, Asher, Azariah and Ensley.
She has been the most caring, loving and nurturing mother to her children, whom will forever carry her teachings and love in their hearts.
Desiree will be dearly missed by her siblings, Denise, Lauren, Caitlyn, Trey, Karlene, Rhianna, Thianna, Leon & James; her parents Mary & Robert and by many countless family & friends.
Visitation and service will be held at the Thunder Bay WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00pm.
COVID-19 Protective measures are still being applied in group settings. Capacity is limited, masks or face coverings are required and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory for those attending the service.
