Donald Budd

Mr. Donald Budd passed away peacefully on July 8, after a long and happy life. He was born on May 30, 1928 in Fort William to Rose and George Budd. After school, he worked as a carpenter until he became a partner at Thunder Bay Lumber, where his skill was hightly regarded. He loved to travel with his wife Betty. He enjoyed spending time outdoors at the cottage and hunting and fishing.

He was predeceased by his two brothers, Howard and Joseph. He will be greatly missed by his wife,( Betty) of 68 years, daughter Donna (Reg) , son Jim and his 3 grandchildren, Leanne(Adam), Laura (Graham), and Samuel as well as 4 great-grandchildren. 

The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 14, at St. Michael's and All Angels Church, 675 Red River Road. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Institute for the Blind.
