Mr. Edward Martin Balina, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 12, 2017 at the age of 66 years. Edward retired from the City of Thunder Bay in 2006 after approximately 40 years of service.
Ed is survived by his stepsisters Diane Nowak (Walter) and Doreen Gvora, step-brother Bill Gvora, special brother David and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and grandparents.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
