Edwin Van Babcock

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Edwin Van Babcock, age 66, announce his passing on Wednesday, July 14th, 2021 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Van was born to Jack and Julia Babcock on August 25, 1954 in Fort Erie, Ontario. Van loved his Harley, Fishing, Camping, Crib, Dice and Bird watching.

Van will be lovingly remembered by his wife Linda, by his sisters Norma, Jennie May, Ethel (Dee Dee), by his brothers Jack (Jiggsie), Rusty, by his daughters Lauri, Jessica, Vanessa, Lisa and Jennie May, by his sons Kevin, Jack and Taylor, by his grandchildren and extended family as well as many cousins, nephews, nieces, and his furry companions; Silverfox and Grizzly Bear and all the wannbies.

He was predeceased by his father Jack Westly, by his mother Julia Marie, by his sisters Judy, Barbara (Maggie), Peter, Tuffydog and PoohBear.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 381 Court Street N. on August 21 2021 after 12 noon Due to Covid, restrictions apply.
