Later on in her life she moved from Fort Frances to Thunder Bay due to health issues and regardless of her health issues she made every effort to be with her family. She loved family immensely and she did so much for others. Elise just loved life because her family was in it.

It was then when she made Thunder Bay her home. She met her husband David Wesley and they married in Thunder Bay on March 11, 2001. She started attending church and turned her life over to God and remained believing in the way of the Lord.

Elise will be missed so much and her memories will always remain in our hearts.
