It is with heavy hearts the family of Elizabeth Kotyk announces her passing on to be with her Heavenly Father on June 3, 2015 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre.
Elizabeth is predeceased by her father, Demetro and mother, Wasylyna Kotyk; sisters Mary Nind, Dora Fairbairn, Lily Pidlubny and Olga Rogers; brothers Nick Kotyk and Nestor Kotyk; nephew Doug Fairbairn and son Martin Bell.
Elizabeth is lovingly remembered by her daughter Debbie Sinclair; son Wade (Janet) Bell; daughter-in-law Leslie Bell; brothers William (Alice) Kotyk and Ted (Norma) Kotyk; grandchildren Daniel Sinclair, Michelle (David) Miedema, Naomi Sinclair, Tyler Bell, Meghan Bell, Mandy Bell and Ryan Bell; great grandchildren Madilyn Dahl, Maddox Bercier and Keira Miedema and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in Thunder Bay, Ontario on Monday, June 8, 2015 at 7:00 pm at The Summit Church, 515 North Syndicate Avenue.
