Mr. Francesco Iachetta, age 39 years, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday March 6, 2015.
Frank was born in Thunder Bay on December 31, 1975 to Armando and Emma Iachetta. He met his wife Laura whom he married on June 3, 2000 and they spent many years working, traveling and enjoying the company of family and friends. As an avid business man, Frank pursued many business ventures and made many lasting friendships along the way.
Frank was a sociable person, well known for his kind heart and easy smile. He was honest, humble and selfless and brought out the best in everyone who entered his life. Always looking to bring laughter to those around him, his pranks and jokes were witty and entertaining. Frank's greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.
He will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his wife Laura, father; Armando, siblings; Joe Iachetta, Adriana (Styve) Grondin and Nick (Tanya) Iachetta, father and mother-in-law; Tony and Mary Disimone, brother-in-law; Vince (Rosemary) Disimone, sister-in-law; Jen Disimone, nieces; Kinsley Emma Iachetta, Brooke Grondin, Alyssa and Emily Disimone, nephew; Tanner Grondin, his neighbors and close relatives; Zio Fiore (Stella) Iachetta and cousins Tony (Justine and Tony) Iachetta, Gemma (Florin) Ionescu, Lucy Iachetta, Liana (Jeff and Dalia) Hagdu; dinner buddy; Aunty Jan, as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 13th, 2015, leaving the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street at 10:00 a.m. to St. Anthony's R.C. Church for the Funeral Mass beginning at 10:30 a.m. celebrated by Rev. Luigi Filippini. Visitation for friends will be held on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel where the Vigil Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials to the MS Society would be appreciated.
