Frank Lewis Delmo

Frank Lewis Delmo, age 82, passed away on August 11, 2022. He is now reunited with his wife Sherrill (Hickinbottom) who passed away in May 2020; they were together for 57 years and he missed her very much.

Frank lived his whole life in Thunder Bay. As a young man he held many jobs, eventually starting employment at Bombardier working as a saw operator until his retirement in 2005. Frank had many hobbies, he loved to read and had a collection of westerns and war novels; collected movies and watched them frequently when he was able; as well as loved to take photos and had many photo albums full of his family treasures. He also never passed up a good old-fashioned argument.

Frank is survived by his sister Rose and his children Gerry, Jeff, Malissa and Terry; his daughters-in-law Lauri and Michelle; grandchildren Ryan, Jenna, Hope and Nathan.
He was predeceased by his brother George, mother Ethel and father Tony. Frank was also predeceased by his brother-in-law and best friend Frank Gartrell (2019); the two Franks were known by the family affectionately as "Frick and Frack" but no one knew which was which.

As per Frank's wish cremation has taken place, interment for Sherrill and Frank will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.
