The family of Georgette Gouliquer sadly announces her passing on July 24, 2022. She was born May 29, 1935 in Fort Frances, Ontario.
Georgette was a proud Métis woman and the daughter of Métis parents, Margaret Gertrude (Mathieson) Gaudry and Cleo Gaudry. She is predeceased by her husband, Theodore (AKA Deedee); and 2 half-brothers (Kip and Jeff). She is survived by her seven children: Brian (Audrey), Lynne (Carmen), Nancy (Pete), Tim (Yvonne), Wendy (Wayne), Sandra (Shaheen) and Michelle (Keith); her sister, Cleo; and seven half-brothers, Don & Mel Smith; and Jim, Joey, John, & Jerry Gaudry; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, grand children, and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Church of Our Lady of the Way in Pinewood, ON presided by Fr. Thomas Mullamangalam at 2:00 p.m. (doors will be open at 1:00 p.m.) A luncheon will be held at the Stratton Hall following the interment.
