Mrs. Gertrude May Schultz (nee Daynon) born December 11, 1924 passed away peacefully into Glory on Tuesday January 15th at Pinewood Court.
She was predeceased by her parents, two sisters, her two daughters Susan and Rebecca in infancy, her first husband Bob Etter in 1975 and second husband Leo Schultz in 2008. She is survived by her two loving sons, Rob (Laurie) and Dan (Jane), 4 grandchildren, Josh (Kate) Etter, Sarah (Kevin) Dallaire, David Etter and Caroline (Hans Kristian) Larsen. As well as 5 great grandchildren, Aleksa, Grace, Rylan, Annabelle and Elinor.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. We would like to thank Pinewood Court for their care of Nana Gert over the last two years. Gert loved the Lord and told anyone in hearing about their need for a Savior. She was a longtime member of Fort William Baptist Church. We are forever thankful to God for her life and legacy. If friends so desire, donations to the Fort William Baptist Church Memorial Fund will be gratefully received.
