With heavy hearts, the family of Giannino (John) Amendola announce his passing, after a lengthy battle with cancer on July 24, 2021.
Giannino and his twin brother Luigi were born in Mendocino Cosenza Italy to parents, Bruno and Innocensia Amendola on March 26, 1941.
Giannino was loved by many, as a Husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. Giannino will be remembered for his passion of gardening, hunting and harvesting food for his family. He was a hard worker and passed that ethic onto those around him.
Giannino is survived by his loving wife Joyce and his children.
Daughter, Laura Vezina (John), Sons, Bruno (Diane), Gerry and Tony.
Grandchildren, Michael, Steven, Christopher, Jonathan, Marissa, Sam, Alex, Teresa and Daisy.Great-grandchildren, Madison, Marley, Remington and Lennox.

His dearest nephews Frank, Bruno, Albert, Gino and his niece Mirella.
Giannino’s extended family, Jennifer Kelly (John), Granddaughter Amber, Jim Wilson and Grandsons, Jacob and Sam.
Pre-deceased by his Father and Mother (Bruno and Innocensia) and
daughter-in-law (Cathy Amendola).

John’s wishes of cremation have taken place, and a private burial ceremony will take place at a later date.
