Gladys Diane Green

Mrs. Gladys Diane Green age 79 years, a resident of Thunder Bay passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Monday, August 27, 2018. Born in Fort William, Gladys was a lifelong resident of the area. She enjoyed cooking, baking and loved animals. Her family was very important to her and she took great pride in watching her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren grow. 

Gladys will be lovingly remembered by her children: Fay Anne (Jamie), Byron (Chantal), Michelle (Eric) and Sharon, Wally (Simone) and Cheryl (Pat), grandchildren: Landon (Jordan), Lindsay, Alysha, Mandy (Mike), Bailey (Ryan), Desiree (Brandon), Celine, Shane, Shyra and Bobby-Lee; great-grandchildren: Isadore, Huxley, Marlowe, Sophia, Layla, Blake, Cohen, Ava, and Bodhi. She is also survived by her furry friends Chloe and Ned. 

She was predeceased by her husband Horace Green.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Chapel of the Sargent & Son Funeral Home, 21 N. Court Street. The family would like to extend a special thank you Dr. Scali for the exceptional care he had provided to Gladys over the years and to the doctors, nurses and staff at both the T.B.R.H.S.C. and 2N St. Joseph’s Hospital for the care and compassion given to our mother during her treatment.
