Guiseppe Paglia

It is with great sadness that the family of Guiseppe (Tony) Paglia announces his passing on Saturday, February 5th, 2022 at the TBRHSC.

Guiseppe was born on August 25th, 1962 to proud parents Ennio and Cristina Paglia. Raised Roman Catholic, Guiseppe became a born-again Christian in 1995 and met many people from all different walks of life while he worked in both the construction and food industries. He loved music and went on to study it briefly at Lakehead University, and later passed on this love to his daughters. He adored children and loved to be around them.

He is survived by two beautiful daughters Erlise and Esther, their mother Lisa, as well as his mother Cristina, his sisters Laura, Carmelina (Donald), Lisa (Randy), Sandra (George), brother Vince (Jocelyn), and brother-in-law Andre along with many nieces and nephews. He will be joining his late father Ennio, sisters Claudia and Maria, and Grandparents.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us in the last several months throughout his illness and for all the love we continue to receive.

Funeral Services for Guiseppe will be held in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre on Friday, February 11, 2022 presided by Pastors Roma Fisher and Ken Semeschuk of Faith City Church at 11:00 a.m. with visitation to begin an hour before. Interment will follow in St. Andrew’s Cemetery.

Due to current gathering restrictions, space is limited. Please call the funeral home at 346-9880 if you wish to attend the Funeral Service.

For those unable to attend in person, the service will be streamed live and then archived at www.harbourviewfuneral.ca where condolences may be offered as well.

As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, chapel capacity is 50% and a record of attendance must be maintained. Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory for those attending the service.
