It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel Browne on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Hazel was born in Port Arthur on October 8, 1943. She attended Queen Elizabeth School, St. Joseph’s and PACI, graduating from the business commercial program. She had been a long-time employee of Ontario Ministry of Tourism as a secretary to the General Manager of Old Fort William.
Hazel is survived by her two brothers Art (Gloria) Stucky and Allan (Debbie) Stucky, along with many nieces. She was predeceased by her husband James and three sisters.

As per Hazel’s wishes, there will be no service. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Donations in Hazel’s memory may be made to a charity of choice.
