Helen (Hinke) Muller
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Helen (Hinke) Muller on October 12, 2021.

Helen was born January 29, 1924, in the Netherlands to Grietje and Cornelius Schaaf. She came to Canada in the 50's and in 1957 married Anjo Muller. It was in Rosslyn Village that they set up roots. Helen had a gift for sewing and knitting. She often made her own clothes, but making baby sweaters was one of her passionate pastimes. Nothing made her happier than when she had fresh flowers on the table.

She enjoyed the sing-a-longs at Hogarth, hymns being her favourite. Helen was predeceased by her husband Anjo, both parents, sister Anneke and brother Dirk. Left to mourn her are daughters Margaret (Eric) and Irene (Mike). Also nieces and nephews in The Netherlands and Canada.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the Staff on 7 North at Hogarth Riverview Manor for their care and compassion during Mom's stay there. Also a thank you to Anne and Egbert Breukleman for assisting Helen at her Rosslyn residence and Sister Leila Greco along with Margo and Tim Janssens for all their visits with muffins and coffee. We are grateful that she lived until 97, but are relieved that she is free of pain. A private family graveside service was held for Helen on Friday October 15, 2021 at Stanley Hill Cemetery.
