On August 20, 2022 at Hogarth Riverview Manor, Mom was called Home.
Left to remember her are ‘her girls’ Ellen, Linda (Marlin), Janice (John), and Sheila (Don); as well as her sister Barbara; grandchildren Sherri, Lisa, Justin, Jordan, Cassie, and Eric; great-grandchildren Harlee, Hope, Maquailla, Merrick, Ellie, and Georgia; niece Marlis; nephews Bennett, Glenn, Alan, David, Murray, Brian, and Kelvin; and cousin Beverley.

Mom was predeceased by her sister Sylvia, grandson Jared, and great-grandson Aiden.
She was born in Nipawin, Sask., grew up in Flin Flon, Manitoba, and eventually raised her family and lived in Atikokan, Ontario for most of her 87 years. Mom has chosen to be cremated. There will be a small gathering of family and friends at a later date.
We extend our thanks to the staff of Atikokan General Hospital and the staff of Lilac Unit, Hogarth Riverview Manor, Thunder Bay. Special thanks to Bruce and Elaine James, Bonnie Gushulak, and Ruth and Allen Ivall of Atikokan who supported and enriched Mom's life in so many ways in recent years.
