James Alfred Holt

Jim Holt of Lakeshore Drive, passed away peacefully at the TBRH in his 86th year with his devoted wife Cheryl and neighbour Rosie at his side. 

He is survived by his wife Cheryl (Robinson), sons Peter (Holly) Ottawa, and Jamie (Alicia) Pembroke, four grandchildren- Isaac, Georgia, Taiha and Ella. Also survived by his sister Barbara-Ann Vester and brother-in-law Mel Krienke and many nieces, nephews and best friend Don Guerrieri. Predeceased by Marie (Horodyski) mother of Peter, brother William, sisters Jane, Nell, and Carol-Ann and cousin Jack McRae. 

As per wishes of Jim, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Interment of ashes will take place on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 2pm at Riverside Cemetery.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 332 North May Street, Thunder Bay.
