Mr. James(Jim) Higgins passed away at the Thunder Bay Regional on April 24 2016.

A City of Thunder Bay employee for 25+years ,who lovingly earned the nickname 'grouchy' , until his retirement in 2000 .

Jim had many interests ,woodworking being the most prominent .

Survived by his sons Kelly and Kevin and grandson Kyle .

Predeceased by his wife Nancy.

Cremation has taken place ,and if desired, visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday May 3 between 1-4 at 216 E Mary St .
A private interment will be held at a later date .

If friends desire , and in lieu of flowers , donations to the Thunder Bay Regional Stroke Unit or the charity of your choice would be appreciated .
