Jennifer Lynn Eloranta

Posted

Jenn never wanted to be defined only by her addiction and mistakes. She was such a beautiful easy going, carefree girl who fell into its grips. It can happen to anyone. She was feisty and outspoken, but would do anything for anyone. She had not a single judgmental bone in her body. She lit up the room with her sense of humor even while struggling with her demons. She loved her family and friends deeply, especially her nieces and nephew. “My auntie Jenny” they each called her. She also had a crazy love for animals. A need to rescue everyone she saw.

We will miss her every day for the rest of our lives. Survived by mom Colleen MacLeay; sister Rochelle (James); brother Eric (Chelsea); 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Predeceased by her father Lenny; uncles Skip and Barry; grandparents Gary, John and Helen.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Jenkens Funeral Home, 226 S. Syndicate Avenue. A private family gathering will follow.
