John David Ramage

It is with great sadness that the family of John Ramage announce his unexpected passing on December 20 in Thunder Bay. 

Born in Rainy River, John went on to work in the finance sector for many years, settling in Thunder Bay in 1998 with his family. John was an avid fisherman and card player and enjoyed spending time on the lake in his canoe. 

John was predeceased by his parents Kathleen (1979) and Raymond (2008) and his wife Dinah (2013). 

John is survived by his son Jason (Melissa), daughter Jackie (Billy), grandchildren Kay and Parker, sister Sharon (Richard), niece and nephew Brian and Delanna and their families as well as by special friend Sharon. 

Arrangements will be made for a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation on his behalf.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 332 North May Street, Thunder Bay.
