Mr. John Hogarth Lockwood, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. John was an exceptional person and will be missed by his family and many friends. If you knew John you loved him, his wit, his compassion and unique personality.

John is survived by his wife Susan, mother Jean, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Harley Hughes, Liz & Don Nichol, Jane & Tom Swalwell, aunt Marlene Hogarth, cousins Mary (Fritz) and Chris and many nieces and nephews.

John was predeceased by his father John, sister Jan, uncle Bill Hogarth and cousin Willy.

Susan and Jean would like to thank the doctors and nurses at both the T.B.R.H.S.C. and St. Joseph’s Hospital and a very special thanks to the "A" Team for their care.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in St. John’s Anglican Church with Rev. Mary Lucas presiding. A private interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorials to a charity of one’s choice. On-line condolences may be made at:
