It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother. A mother who has always put everyone else’s needs before hers. Judy had been battling Alzheimer’s for many years and has finally been called to her final rest.
Judy spent most of her life ensuring other people were taken care of. From her early days of Dresswell Cleaners, to arranging Flowers, and helping run a machine shop, Book Keeping, volunteering, and her PSW work with the elderly. We will never know how she managed to raise her 3 boys.
Judy leaves behind her best friend and golfing partner of 40 plus years Barry, Sons Ron (Lisa), Jerry (Dayle), Michael (Billie-Jo). Sister Loraine (Ben), brothers Bob (Melody), Ron (Shirley), and Richard. Judy is also survived by grandchildren Rylee (Hunter), Bailey, Allie (Taylor), and Matthew, and great grandchildren Jett and Emery.
Special thanks for the wonderful and kind care from the staff of 7 south at Hogarth Riverview Manor, as well as, her caring volunteer Barbara.
As per mom’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will take place, and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Association of Thunder Bay will be greatly appreciated.
