Miss Judy Lillian Hayes, age 51 years and a resident of Francis Street Group Home passed away peacefully in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on Monday, October 26, 2015.She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Judy's family would like to thank the staff of Options Northwest for all of their loving care and support over the years. It will never be forgotten.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 1:00PM in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
Interment will take place in Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date. Should friends so desire, donations made in memory of Judy to Options Northwest (for the Residents of Francis Street Group Home) would be greatly appreciated.
