Dear friends, we are saddened to inform you of the passing of Kazimiera Kapuscinski (nee Kubik) on the morning of Thursday, July 27th 2017 at home surrounded by those who loved her. Born 13.09.1923 in Westrza, Poland. Over the past 93 years, Kazimiera has touched many. After arriving in Port Arthur in 1960 she involved herself with the community that gave so much to her. She was working in Airline Hotel and she was a member of the Polish Combatants Women’s Auxiliary, as well as St. Casimir’s Church. She is survived by her sister Zofia Plewinska( Poland), nephew Kazimir Timothy Oreziak ( Kathleen ) and their children Ashley and Madeline ( Ottawa and Winnipeg). She will be greatly missed by her wonderful great niece Karolina Smolarek (Sebastian) and their children Gabriela and Emma. She will be also missed by many friends in Thunder Bay and relatives. We all know that she has gone to a better place to join her husband Bronislaw Kapuscinski. Goodbye Babcia and thank you for your love, support and everything what you did for us. We will never forget you.
