It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Kelly Dawn Mehagan at the age of 57. Kelly was a beautiful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Kelly had such love for her family and took great pride in them, especially her daughter Raelyn and son Blake, grandchildren Kailey and Hunter.

She was blessed by becoming a great-grandma (GGMA❤️) to Gracelyn Marie Dream last year and took such pride in her new title. She loved and adored her special grand babies James, Weston, Parker and Benjamin also. They will all miss her unquestionable love and kisses.

Kelly is survived by her daughter Raelyn Marie Clark (Wade), son Blake John Gavin (Breanna). She is also survived by her father Donald William Mehagan, her stepfather Dennis Snider, her sisters Darragh Ginn (Russell) and Kerrin Wilson (Jason). In addition, she is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews  and cousins here in Thunder Bay, southwestern Ontario, and literally across Canada and around the world, along with her little buddy Winston who will miss Kelly deeply.

Kelly loved with all her heart and soul. She had the most amazing eyes, smile and laugh! When you heard it, you knew it. She tried her best at everything she did in life. She was a friend to everyone and if you were her friend, you were family. Kelly loved to travel and whenever the opportunity presented itself, she was packing. Her last vacation was a surprise gift from her best friend Linda, to Punta Cana. What amazing memories they made together. We know that Kelly is wrapped in the loving arms of her mother Glenna P. Snider (2012) and surrounded by her grandparents and loved ones that she missed so much.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Magnus Theatre, 10 South Algoma Street, on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 5:30 until 9:30 p.m. Please join us to share stories, laughs and love in her honour. There will be an additional Celebration of Life for her friends and family in southwestern Ontario this summer, TBA. Interment in Mountain View Cemetery will follow at a later date.
