Keven Donald Helseth

Keven Donald “The Sir” Helseth age 74 years, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the TBRHSC. 

Keven was born on July 30, 1943. Keven was a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay and his one true love was the love he had for his hometown. Keven was proud of the lifetime career he had as a teacher with the Lakehead Public School Board. He was a member of the ETFO and Kinsmen (K-40) Club and was on the executive for the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario. During his down time, he would often be found volunteering with the local school board. 

Keven will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Annette (Paul) Lalonde and Kathryn (Henry) Brink as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in the Chapel of Sargent & Son Funeral Home, 21 N. Court Street. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Online condolences may be made at www.sargentandson.com.
