Mrs. Leona Perrier, age 59 years, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at the TBRHSC.
Leona enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the casino, she loved spending time with her granddaughter Georgia and having family get-togethers and parties. In the past years, she was a volunteer at the Dew Drop Inn. She worked at the Husky Restaurant as a prep cook for 1 ½ years.
Leona will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Larry; daughter Amanda (Remi); son David (Tina); granddaughter Georgia; sisters Gail Andrews, Bonnie Squier, and Heather DeProphetis (Tony); brothers Ed Kotovich (Francine) and Jim Squier (Susan); as well as 1 brother-in-law and 6 sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother Oriel and father Nick Kotovich, brother Wayne Kotovich, brother-in-law Charles Andrews and sister-in-law Violet Galloway.
Funeral Services for Leona will take place on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of the Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 North Cumberland Street, with Fr. Luigi Filippini presiding. Visitation for family and friends will take place one hour prior to the service time.
