Lisa Tienhaara

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lisa Shannon Pearl Tienhaara on Sunday January 21, 2018. She was born August 10, 1970 in Thunder Bay.

She is survived by husband Russell, son Andrew and daughter Kaley, stepson Jeffrey Bour, brothers Kevin, Keith and Nick. In-laws Robert and Judy, sister-in-law Donna (Jim), Aunts, Linda (Gene), Geraldine, Janet and Lorna (Ernie) and uncles David & William (Janice) and special nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends. Predeceased by father Ron Hyladysh and mother Andrea Hewson, aunts and cousins.

She graduated from Slekirk High School and attended Con College for the DSW course. She worked at Option Northwest for 28 years.

Lisa loved her hobbies, camping, gardening, knitting (we all have socks, sweaters and toques) bingo, cooking, watching her kids play hockey and shopping in the states.

Funeral service will be held at Blake Funeral Chapel on Thursday January 25, 2018, 11:00 am. Donations in memory of Lisa Tienhaara can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
