It is will great sadness that the family of Lois Nistico wish to announce her passing on February 13, 2024 at age 88.
Lois was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a spirited person who loved camping in her earlier days and going dancing with her beloved Ernie. Her mother’s Finnish recipes were enjoyed by many. Lois was a good Christian and member of St. Agnes Church
Lois is survived by daughter Michelle (John), son James and step-daughter Debra (Don); Grandchildren Aaron, Evan, Sean, Lacey and Taylor and their partners; Great-grandchildren Emma, Ethan, Liam, Nyuh, Kingston and Rosalie. Predeceased by her parents Norman and Amelia, sisters Barbara and Carolyn, and brothers Bob and Larry. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to thank Southbridge Lakehead and Dr. Ruby for their exceptional care.
