Marcelline Moonias

Marcelline Moonias, age 77 years, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 in the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Marcelline leaves behind her husband Alex Moonias; children Evelyn Quisses (Gary), Anita Quisses (Danny), Joe Yellowhead (Geraldine), Joyce Moonias (Keith), Abraham Moonias (Marcia), and daughter-in-law Samantha Moonias; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Laura Sakanee, Mary Sakanee, Pauline Slipperjack, Roy Spence and Robert Spence; as well as many godchildren and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Louis Moonias & Josephine Mequanawap (Sakanee); late husband Elijah Yellowhead and brother Luke Moonias.

Funeral Services for Marcelline will take place on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre. Visitation for family and friends will begin one hour prior to the service.
