Marilyn’s final life journey to a destination of peace and tranquility began on April 30, 2021.
She will be missed by her husband Allen, sister Carol and fondly remembered by an uncle, aunts, as well as extended family and friends.
Marilyn enjoyed her work as a Personal Support Worker for the VON in Thunder Bay for several years before retiring.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at St. Andrew’s Cemetery.
Family would like to express their appreciation to the team on 5N at St. Joseph’s Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care of Marilyn, in particular Nursing Manager Kathleen Romano and Dr. Kolobov for their professionalism and generosity of spirit.
Cousin Pauline, thank you for your unwavering support during this most difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations in memoriam may be made to a charity of your choice.
