Mary Wronoski

On Saturday, January 23, 2021 with her daughters by her side, Mary Wronoski passed peacefully.

Mary was born, July 27, 1938 in Upsala, later moving to Thunder Bay. She met the love of her life Edward at a dance at the Blake Hall. They just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Mary loved all of her family and friends and enjoyed opening her home to everyone. She had a love for cooking and enjoyed trying new recipes. She especially enjoyed baking for her grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Edward; daughters Colleen (Willy) and Kathleen (Rocky). She was very proud of her grandchildren Dianna, Nathan and Nicholas.

Mary leaves behind her sister Irene and many other relatives. There were many wonderful people who assisted in Mary’s care and too many to list but included are Lakehead Nurse Practitioner, Northwest LHIN, Paramed, Meals on Wheels and St. Joseph’s Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Foundation or Meals on Wheels.

Due to Covid-19, a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
