Micheline Marie Chouinard-Viens, age 38, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, January 25th, 2015. Micheline was born on August 20th, 1976 in Thunder Bay.
Micheline will be sadly and lovingly missed by her amazing daughter Alexis, her parents Michel (Lily) Chouinard and Marlene Maki, her sister Nicole (Victor) and her brother Matt as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, her two nieces Alyssah and Abigail and her favourite snuggle buddy Cohen (nephew). She was also survived by her Grandma Chouinard.
Micheline was predeceased by her grandpa Chouinard, her mummu Elna Maki, her grandparents Joyce and Dan Maki, her uncles Francois and Pierre Chouinard.
Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of Micheline's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2015 in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 North Cumberland Street. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been set up for Alexis at CIBC Bank on Red River Rd Transit#04087, Account#8165580 or cheques may be made payable to Marlene Maki.
