Mrs. Mira Rajic, age 81 years, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 with her family by her side.
Mira was born on June 6, 1933 in Hreljin, Croatia to Makso and Marica Rasporic. In 1961 she immigrated to Canada, and since then had settled in Thunder Bay. She will be remembered for her giving nature and kindness of heart. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
Mira is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bruno; daughter Melissa Kalc; granddaughters Leonora Grgic and Olga Kalc Polic and great grandchildren Luka, Antonio and Ema.
Funeral Services for the late Mrs. Mira Rajic will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00pm in the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley Street at Algoma with Fr. Francisco Blazek officiating. Interment will take place in Croatia at a later date. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to service time in the Chapel.
