It is with great sadness, that the Pascoe family announces the sudden passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Monique Pascoe. Her life long devotion to her 3 children and 8 grandchildren was known by all. Despite several health challenges in recent years, her bright spirit and sense of humour never wavered.

She always enjoyed her time at camp, asking her beloved Wilf, to do “just one more pass” trolling the weed beds for monster pickerel, well after dark. Wilf, our Papa, became her knight in shining armour after a spinal stroke resulted in her loss of mobility in 2016. The love he holds for her was shown every day and more specifically over the last 8 years, through his patience and resilience in caring for her. He has shown the purest measure of love.

Epic birthday parties and back yard family get togethers were always made incredible by Nana’s catering level food spreads. Her cabbage rolls, shepherd’s pie, mammoth lasagnas, epic taco salads, and endless dessert recipes will carry on through her family for generations to come. And her next morning puffy or Finn pancakes sessions, have now kept generations of Pascoe children and their friends fed after late nights parties.

Monique is survived by her children Richard (Wendy), Michael (LeeAnne), and Christopher (Mandy), her grandchildren Madison, Caitlyn, Calum, Waylon, Peyton, Preston, Parker, Hunter and loving partner of 32 years, Wilf Holma.

A Celebration of Life will be held following a family graveside service in the spring. Exact date and time to be communicated through the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.sargentandson.com.
