It is with heavy hearts that the family of Nola May Nigro (Lazinski) announce her sudden passing at TBRHSC on June 2, 2025 at the age of 63 with family by her side.
Nola was raised and educated in Thunder Bay, where she raised two beautiful children.
Nola was employed for over 40 years with the St. Joseph's Care Group with the last 13 years spent as a client counselor at PR Cook Apts.
Nola loved spending time with her grandchildren, going for coffee or dinner with friends making puzzles and getting her hair and nails done.
Nola is survived by her children Michael, Michelle (Jared), grandchildren Damien, Jayce and Jaxx; also her brothers Lenny and Butch, nephew Chris, various nieces and nephews, as well as her best friends Tammy and Evelyn.
Nola was predeceased by her parents and grandparents and special niece Shannon.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held privately at a later date.
