Condolences to the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa on the passing of their Tribal Chairman Norman Deschampe.
Deschampe had served as Tribal Chairman for nearly 30 years. As Tribal Chairman he oversaw the construction of Grand Portage Lodge & Casino.
