Orysia Stephania Woroniuk

Orysia Stephania Woroniuk, aged 66 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday July 25th at St Joeseph’s Hospice.

Orysia was a kind and caring woman who loved her family deeply. She was a proud parent and grandmother, and also enjoyed a career as a caregiver and PSW at Wesway.

Orysia had a full and diverse life, enjoying such things as singing in a Ukrainian choir, being a nature enthusiast and animal advocate, and spending time with her family and loved ones.

She is predeceased by her parents William and Anna Skoropad, and her brother Walter Skoropad. She is survived by her husband Ronald Woroniuk, her children Melissa Lipovsek (Bojan, Olivia, Julia and Emma), Charlene DeCorte, Ronnie Woroniuk (Kinsley), and Charlie Woroniuk.

She will be greatly missed by many people as she was such a loving and positive presence in the world.

A celebration of life will take place at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the cancer society.
