Patricia “Patti” Mitchell, age 83 years, passed away peacefully in her home at Southbridge Pinewood Court on Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25, 2021.
She was surrounded by the love of her family - the residents and the amazing staff members who cared for her. Patricia was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on April 5, 1938.
A private graveside service will be held in Mountainview Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
