It is with heavy hearts the family of Patricia Portelance (Biloski), age 75 years, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, December 5, 2016.

Pat was born in Port Arthur on June 15, 1941 to John and Rose Biloski. She enjoyed cooking, bingo, gardening and going to the casino. Pat was a hard worker and dedicated to all her customers. Her pierogies and cabbage rolls were the best in town. She loved pleasing everyone and she'd give them the shirt off her back. Everyone who knew her, loved her. Pat made many friends along the way.

She was predeceased by her parents and her brother John (Jumbo) Biloski.

Pat is survived by her six children Susan (Jeff) Simpson, Shelly (Mark) Fummerton, Lori Dawson, Tracey Barath, Shawn (Tina) and Doris (Len) Scott; 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, siblings; Jackie (Lorne) Billard, Mike (Sue) Biloski, Rosemary (Armand) Loyer and sister-in-law Ruth, life-long friend and business partner Ralph Loffredo as well as many nieces and nephews.

Pat was the glue that held the family together and one of the strongest women we've ever met.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 11:30am in Riverside Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley St. at Algoma.

If friends so desire donations made in memory of Pat to the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.

A million times we've need you,
A million times we've cried.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still.

In our hearts you hold a place
No one can ever fill.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn't go alone,
Part of us went with you
The day God took you Home.
