P.J. Sparkes passed away on June 9, 2015 after a lengthy illness. She had been a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay.
She is survived by her friends Rose & Keith of Neebing Township, Muriel, Bill, Jim & Betti-Anne, Theresa & Pat, Michael of Nolalu, Dr. Brian Schroeder and assistants Dr. Davenport, Dr. Trudi, Dr. Davis, Dr. Brockman of Waukee, Iowa, Dr. Vergidis, Aunt Roberta of Courtney BC, brother David of Port Coquitlam BC, Aunt Carolyn of Ottawa and daughter Jade of Edmonton and extended family Dale & Pat..
Predeceased by her mother Lenore (husband Lorne) We want to thank the staff of Surgical & Recovery Unit and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit of TBRHSC. Also, the staff of St. Joseph’s Respite Care Unit and the nurses of the Community Care Access Centre.
We would like to invite all of P.J.’s friends to join us at the Friendship Gardens on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. for a time of remembrance.
Patti-Jo Sparkes will be remembered in the Blake Funeral Chapel Memorial Grove. Annual dedication service Sunday, June 12, 2016.
